Dear Parents,

“The principal goal of education is create men and women of doing new things not simply repeating what other generations have done.” – Jean Piaget.

It is said that We learn 10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see 50% of what we both see and hear, 70% of what we discuss with others, 80% of what we experience personally and 95% what we TEACH. The school is a place where all these things happen at the same time. To Mother Seraphina, our foundress school is the place where each child has be cared for, loved, understood, nurtured and guided in order to draw out her/his full potential. She felt that relationship between the teacher and the tough should be that of a mother and child. Every child has a goal to reach and for this the care of both the principal and the staff is required.

According to Mother Seraphina, the main duty of the educator is to study the character and capacity of each child and direct them to the path of truth and goodness. She says, “The educator should be a mother counselor, facilitator and one who ignites the spark of creativity in the students”.

St. Vincent’s Girls Higher Secondary School the very management aim for the same for the pupils in our campus because we believe the literacy can liberate one from economical bondage but integrated education liberate the human being from all sorts of slavery.

Wishing all the students of St. Vincent’s Girls Higher Secondary School the very best to learn something from all that get involved in campus and the life at large.

When girls are educated, their countries become stronger and more prosperous. –Michelle Obama
